✦ TERMS OF SERVICE✦

By utilizing, commissioning, or receiving art from me in any form, you are automatically agreeing to all of the following terms listed alone.

✦ GENERAL ART USAGE ✦

✦ You may use my art as pfps/icons/page decor and for personal usage so long as you provide direct credit back to me! if you have any questions, you are more than free to double check and inquire about it!✦Do not claim my art as your own. If you're going to repost✦My art is not permitted to be used to train any form of generative AI or be utilized for NFT's/Crypto.✦These terms may be subject to change in the future.

✦ COMMISSION SERVICE TERMS✦

✦PAYMENT + ETA✦✦ Estimated turnaround time is approximately a week to a month (excluding communication delays/replies/awaiting approvals/etc.)
✦ Payment can be taken through paypal, cashapp, venmo, ko-fi, and through VGen! if you are paying through paypal, it will be through direct invoice only.
✦ Payment can be upfront or after the sketch is sent! I will not continue the commission beyond the sketch stage until payment has been received, which I will confirm personally before beginning.
✦ Refunds are only available if I find myself unable to complete the commission for any reason, or if I have not started the commission and shown you any form of visual update a month after receiving payment, which I will refund in full if i have not started at all or partially depending on completion.✦COMMISSION PROCESS✦✦ I will require visuals for characters you want drawn, whether that be in the form of a reference sheet or a standalone fullbody. (The only time this is not a requirement is if you wish to have the character drawn in different outfits.)
✦ After payment has been confirmed, I will send updates during the sketching and line-art stage. During these updates, you may request any changes needed - and I will wait for approval before continuing onto the next stage. After approval on the line-art stage, your next update will be the finished project.
✦Once your commission is completed, I will send you the finished product through whichever method of communication you have ordered it from. Upon request, I can email a higher resolution directly to you in case the quality has been altered.✦COMMISSION USAGE✦✦Commissioned artwork currently can only be used for personal use. I currently do not offer commercial usage of any kind. if i allow commercial usage in the future, you may come discuss prices pieces made prior to said rule changed with me to get it worked out.
✦Commissions will be utilized for future portfolios and commission examples, on any of my socials or commission type websites. If you wish for yours to be private or your name to be excluded for any means, please discuss this with me before or on completion!
✦If you are reuploading or utilizing the personal artwork to anywhere (like a pagedoll or to an image storing site), you must include a direct link or credit to any of my socials near the artwork or somewhere visible on the site.✦OTHER SERVICE RULES✦✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
